PUCKAC will provide support and training to your VeriSUPEX cabling system for sure. Finally, we will make a system quality commitment of 25 years and can prolong it to lifelong quality assurance. The quality assurance system consists of “product quality assurance” and “system performance quality”.
When quality assurance is accepted and registered in PUCKAC, the project will have the quality assurance certificate issued by PUCKAC, which provides the quality assurance of the following products and link performance assurance for the series of VeriSUPEX generic cabling system.
•Product quality assurance
Product quality assurance covers all generic cabling products and components manufactured by PUCAKC. From the installation date to the issuance of quality assurance certificate to end users, PUCKAC provides the following assurances:
1. Under the regular condition and regular use, all generic cabling products winning quality assurance used in the installed project have no any product deficiency in the material and process.
2. All generic cabling products wining quality assurance recognized by PUCKAC used in the installed project all meet or go beyond ISO/IEC11801, CENELEC EN50173, TIA-568 and domestic standards and specifications.
3. As of the issuance date of quality assurance certificate, or the installation date (subject to the earlier), PUCKAC provides 25-year product quality assurance of the series of VeriSUPEX generic cabling system.
•Link performance assurance
PUCKAC provides special link performance assurance for the series of VeriSUPEX generic cabling system upon the design during the installation. The installation project must completely meet the design, engineering and installation specification of the series of VeriSUPEX generic cabling system and adopts the component from the series of VeriSUPEX generic cabling system to install.
1. The installation project shall meet or go beyond various performance parameters as specified in the copper-cable wiring system in ISO/IEC11801, CENELEC EN50173 and TIA-568.

3. As of the issuance of quality assurance certificate, or the installation date (subject to the earlier), PUCKAC provides 25-year product quality assurance of the series of VeriSUPEX generic cabling system.
4. When twenty-years expire, PUCKAC may prolong the quality assurance for the sue to lifelong quality assurances
•Rules of the quality system
While system integrators are bidding, they must submit the application of quality assurance to PUCKAC and we are responsible for delivering the quality assurance certificate;
While system integrators are bidding, all design processes must be finished by technicians authorized by PUCKAC, chosen materials must be PUCKAC’s products.
The agent responsible for the cabling project shall submit a application for 25-year quality assurance for PUCKAC VeriSUPEX generic cabling system via the distributor.
The system shall be recognized in a written form by the marketing department of PUCKAC, except PUCKAC’s products are applied, those products must be purchased from marketing channels recognized by PUCAKC (providing the certificate of supply channel)
All cabling systems must be installed by system integrators recognized by PUCKAC, the latter has the project authorization certificate for system integrators issued by PUCKAC.
Professional technicians passing the certification training from PUCKAC and getting qualified results can install and supervise the cabling system with the design and installation certificates recognized by PUCKAC.
Installers shall inform us of installed cabling system before the installation in a written form, the design of the system shall be recognized by us in writing.
System installers shall provide us with relevant materials after the installation, including:
• Cabling system drawing
• A list of cabling products
• Plane distribution map of information points
• Management drawing of connecting racks
All cabling system shall be tested by system installers in the test method formulated by us. For all installation projects, various relevant parameters must pass 100% test. The test is conducted by one technician holding the certificate issued by PUCAKC among system installers. We will inspect test results, and inform the insurant results of inspection, decide whether carry out a random inspection upon arriving at the field as the case may be. All test data shall be indentified and signed by system installers and testers, then be delivered to us.
Provided relevant materials necessary for the application, including:
• The electronic system integrator certificate authorized by PUCKAC
• The electronic engineer certificate of Premises Distribution Systems issued by PUCAKC
• Cabling system drawing
• Plane distribution map of information points
• Management drawing of connecting racks
• Configuration table and product list
• All test reports
• The application form of 25-year quality assurance
• Project summary
• Customer feedback form
Any design and installation defects of any cabling system caused by inconformity with design rules and installation specifications of PUCKAC is not within the scope of quality assurance. The quality assurance does not over systematic defects caused by accidents beyond PUCKAC’s ability, including but not limited to traffic accidents, transport damage, alteration, non-authorized maintenance, failure to comply with the description, mis-use, fire, flood and natural disaster. When the cabling system is dismantled, the quality assurance will be automatically terminated and become invalid.
