      With the rapid progress of information society, the computer’s processing ability is stronger, the number of internet users is booming, user requirements are increasing, higher and higher demands are provided for LAN-attached devices and their application. For users, no matter which technology is adopted and which application is carried out, higher transmission bandwidth and faster transmission speed are required.
      1000BASE-T(4) has been officially issued in 1999, which use Cat5e cabling, 4 twisted-pair full-duplex parallel transmission and complex multilevel encoding (5 multilevel encoding of PAM-5), requires more DSP in each connection, including 4 RS cancellers, 12 NEXT cancellers, 4 balancers and other devices to make CAT5E to support gigabit transmission, but it is expensive and energy-consuming.
      If PUCKAC GigaSUPEX CAT6 Cabling System is adopted, namely meet the requirement of transmission performance and the best performance ratio. Due to 250MH physical bandwidth and outstanding performance indicators, inexpensive and simple electric devices can support gigabit transmission. On a long term basis, the return of investment in CAT6 is higher than that in CAT5E. Thus, the application of CAT5E is decreasing in the generic cabling field; the application of CAT6 is increasing.
      As the most fundamental and important information speedway in the intelligent building, the generic cabling system’s service life is subject to twenty years, therefore, new and updated high-speed applications in twenty years need to be fully considered which cabling design is carried out.
      The series of PUCKAC MegaSUPEX point-to-point generic cabling products makes attenuation value, near-end crosstalk attenuation, ACR, EMI and other indicators of point-to-pint channel substantially exceed CAT6 international standards of TIA/EIA 568-C and ISO/IEC 11801 in more scientific, excellent, accurate wirepair parallel transmission to more match with the impedance.
      Round contact pin is used for GigaSUPEX information module pin in unique GES structure and encircled interlacing technology to substantially enhance the performance of module transmission, reduce 3, 6 crosstalk factors of connectors and make the grade of module monomer test far beyond link-level module performance. In the meantime, all modules have passed the certification of unit test conducted by ETL &3P.
      For the cabling system, one more connection means the decline of performance; for users, one more connection means the rise of flexibility. In face of more strict CAT6 system, when many manufactures only make efforts on two standardized connection links, PUCAKC MegaSUPEX CAT6 System has reached and exceeded standard requirements earlier up to four connections.

      The series of PUCKAC MegaSUPEX CAT6 products does not take the standard as its final goal, pursues the exceeding and accomplishes technology leadership, and ensure that test indicators upon the completion have more remaining performance as compared to the CAT5E system, is included into 25-year quality assurance system.
      2.1 Work area subsystem

      -Round contact pin is adopted for modularized pin, unique GES structure, encircled interlacing technology, enhancing the performance of module transmission.
      -50μgold plating process, better than partial gold-plating and flat golden structure to ensure the responsive stress.
      -The grade of module monomer test is far above link-level module performance
      -Non-welded-point design is adopted for the connection of contact pin and circuit board, lead-free and environmental-friendly, contact resistance is below 42mΩtransmission resistance, far beyond standard requirements with excellent consistency and stability.
      2.1.2Information panel

      -The plate is in a double-layer structure, the screw is not necessary to be dismantled to clamp and maintain information module, screw hole is hidden from the surface to facilitate the construction and maintenance.
      -The plate has single-ported, two-ported, three-ported and four-ported configuration to match multi-information ports; 1-4 ports are applied fast and conveniently to enhance the overall flexibility of the system.
      -Modularized structure can be dismantled single-sided with protective doors.
      - Retardant materials against high pressure is adopted for the plate, UL94V-0 grade
      -The label box can mark various types of information points.
      The plate is corrosion resisting and dull polished to prevent color fading and the scratch
