Quality Management and Services

    Project execution
PUCKAC’s Generic Cabling System Project is generally divided into three phases
    Phase I: construction preparation
Before the commencement, PUCKAC’s engineering technicians will have a joint review with the Owner and supervising engineer, and allocate the project progress
    Phase II: site operation
    Project Manager is responsible for organizing all departments to conduct an analysis on on-site technologies, technical exchange, technical disclosure, personnel arrangement and construction arrangement;
Ensure the job specification; organize the construction strictly according to construction specifications of generic cabling system and relevant construction specifications.
    Phase III: project management
PUCKAC’s key technicians not only have rich experiences in project design, and have matured experiences in project management and execution.
PUCKAC will prove the full range of management schemes over generic cabling construction to users, submit test and test run procedures and tables before is the installation is finished.

    • Quality management

PUCKAC will introduce an overall quality management system according to project characteristics, formulate an entire management plan and execute it. Project quality management level shall be organized, systematic and include various data during the construction, special quality responsibility systems are implemented for internal management. Directed by project director, project manager is responsible for checking the quality of leadership structure, and organizing construction personnel of various disciplines to prepare execution steps according to the design scheme, construction drawing, construction specification and specific condition of the project and conduct a construction in line with the drawing; strictly obey process specifications; the feasibility during the construction is suggested to be reported as per technical management procedures; without the approval of technical department from the owner, do not change and alter drawing materials and construction progress, all disciplines record materials upon the completion according to technical specifications and requirements and settle to ensure overall quality. All project managers must conduct a field supervision and inspection on unqualified materials for a professional process. Devices for the construction must be those recognized by the discipline in accuracy and sensitivity to ensure quality requirements. On-site construction operators must modestly accept the inspection and supervision from the owner and quality inspection personnel at all levels. Quality issues must be reported immediately, corrective actions shall be taken to realize the level-upon-level responsibility system.

    •System test and acceptance
Upon the completion, PUCAKC will carry out two kinds of test on the system:
Circuit test: the specialized cable tester is adopted to test various technical indicators as specified in the standard, including the wiring diagram, length, crosstalk, decrement and other indicators of all important points; several work stations are selected to conduct a practicable networking test on the entire cabling system, including twisted-pair and optical fiber. PUCKAC will use the special tester to test each circuit. After the system is installed, PUCKAC will conduct an overall test on all system ports and submit the complete test reports, documentations upon the completion, including circuit connection test of the system, transmission performance indicators of the permanent circuit test system.

    • Test environment requirements

Without the interference of the environment
The test field should have no electrical welding and electric drill generating serious electrical spark and device operations generating strong magnetic disturbance. The tested generic cabling system must be passive network. While testing, active and passive communication devices should be disconnected to avoid test disturbance or damaging the instrument.
    Temperature and humidity
The temperature of the test field should be around 20~30℃, the humidity of that be 30%~80%. The test of attenuation indicators is largely affected by the temperature of test environment, so when the temperature and humidity of test environment is beyond the above scope, it is necessary to revise test data according to relevant provisions.
    Static precautions
When the climate is dry, the humidity is commonly between 10% and 20%. Acceptance test is required to be done often. When the humidity is below 20%, static sparks will be ignited sometimes, which not only affect the precision of test results, but possibly fail the test or damage the instrument. Under this circumstances, static precautions shall taken for the tester an instrument holder, such as the grounding bracelet etc.

    System acceptance
    Acceptance following construction
The construction level and quality shall be evaluated at will during the construction to know overall indicators and quantity of the product. Several acceptance works are proceeding following the construction, such as the test of electrical performance of generic cabling system, concealed works, etc. Thus, project quality issues can be founded at once to avoid large consumption of labor force and devices.

    Preliminary acceptance
A preliminary acceptance is done for the project after construction commissioning within the construction period as specified in the original plan. The construction company arranges the design, construction, supervision and application personnel to join in. Preliminary acceptance includes checking project quality, reviewing materials upon the completion, and providing suggestions to discovered issues. The construction company is responsible for organizing relevant entities to solve them.

Personnel training, service and quality assurance
    •Personnel training
PUCKAC will carry out two aspects of training on users during the construction
    -Field training
During the construction, PUCKAC will deliver professional engineers for site operation and invite project management to carry out field construction and the explanation, including cabling direction, considerations during the cabling, cabling specifications and principles
-User operation, application and management training while the acceptance is qualified and it is put into operation
After project acceptance, PUCKAC will send professional engineers to have a strict training on users, including routine use, management, maintenance and other considerations.
    Service maintenance
After system engineering is qualified upon the acceptance, PUCAKC is responsible for free maintenance for one year
Due to the quality issue of system devices in Premises Distribution System, PUCAKC is responsible for free replacement; the responsive time of the service is 24 hours
Due to device damage caused by the proper use or management, PUCKAC will provide the change and maintenance services for relevant devices and components on a paid basis.
    -Quality assurance

According to PUCKAC’s quality assurance system, the cabling system must adopt point-to-point original PUCKAC’s products, be designed, constructed, installed by special engineers. Under this condition, line fault and other issues caused by PUCKAC’s material quality in the following 25 years will be freely replaced by appointed systematic integrators, and PUCKAC will ensure that the cabling system meets future growth requirements.
