    With the rapid progress of information society, the computer’s processing ability is stronger, the number of internet users is booming, user requirements are increasing, higher and higher demands are provided for LAN-attached devices and their application. For users, no matter which technology is adopted and which application is carried out, higher transmission bandwidth and faster transmission speed are required.

    Noise indexes mainly affect the performance quality of a transmission system. 10G Ethernet in the cabling system raises the current speed of gigabit Ethernet ten times, thus, the requirement for 10G cabling is far beyond the requirement for CAT6 cabling.

    From technical parameters, a major difference between 10G cabling system and CAT6 system is that its operating frequency range expands from 250MHz to 500MHz. A rise in the operating frequency causes several invisible issues while the CAT6 system is in operation (to be exact, can be ignored)-series wound is between neighboring cable and module—namely exterior series wound. The indicator to evaluate the series wound is called as ANEXT.
    The major noise source of CAT6 system is from series wound between four strand twisted-pair on a cable, the series wound impact of other neighboring cables on the cable can be ignored. In 10G cabling system, as the rise in the operating frequency, except series wound between cables of CAT6 system, the impact of other neighboring cables on the cable is also a major noise source. With the progress in electrical technology, for noises within the cable, we can overlay signals opposite to noises to the receipt signal to eliminate internal noises of some cables. Due to the certainty of neighboring cables, the technology may not be applied for noises outside the cable.
    For 10G cabling, cable and module resisting exterior string or ANEXT become a key technical indictor. The transmission technology of 10GBASE-T is basically the same as 1000BASE-T, what’s the difference is that the data transmission speed of each pair of core wire of 10GBASE-T all rises to 2,5Gbit/s.
    A full-shielded system is adopted for PUCKAC UltraSUPEX CAT6E 10G System. CAT6E System/increment grade E channel supports the bandwidth of5 00MHz, the network application in the speed of 10Gbps, adopts FTP cable to eliminate the effect of ANEXT from the bottom.
    Round contact pin is used for GigaSUPEX information module pin in full-shielded, unique GES structure and encircled interlacing technology to substantially enhance the performance of module transmission, reduce 3, 6 crosstalk factors of connectors and make the grade of module monomer test far beyond link-level module performance. In the meantime, all modules have passed the certification of unit test conducted by ETL &3P.
    For the cabling system, one more connection means the decline of performance; for users, one more connection means the rise of flexibility. In face of more strict CAT6E system, when many manufactures only make efforts on two standardized connection links, PUCAKC MegaSUPEX CAT6 E System has reached and exceeded standard requirements earlier up to four connections.
    The series of PUCKAC MegaSUPEX CAT6E products does not take the standard as its final goal, pursues the exceeding and accomplishes technology leadership, and ensure that test indicators upon the completion have more remaining performance as compared to the CAT5E system, is included into 25-year quality assurance system, the bandwidth of standard products is 500MHz.

    2.1 Work area subsystem
    2.1.1Information module

    UltraSUPEX Cat6A shielded module(PC20231)

    2.1.2Information panel
      -Connect to Keystone information module, ST, SC, LC, FC optical module
      -The plate is in a double-layer structure, the screw is not necessary to be dismantled to clamp and maintain information module, screw hole is hidden from the surface to facilitate the construction and maintenance.

      -The plate has single-ported, two-ported, three-ported and four-ported configuration to match multi-information ports; 1-4 ports are applied fast and conveniently to enhance the overall flexibility of the system.
      -Modularized structure can be dismantled single-sided with protective doors.
